Gaius Vipsanius Agrippa (Populus)

Welcome to the Villa of Gaius Vipsanius Agrippa

I currently reside in Castellum Augstus (Edmonton, Alberta; not really happy with the Latin name, but it works for now), in Canada Occidentalis. I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2001 with a BA in Political Science with a Classics minor. After a brief stint in Tokyo (or more accurately, Kawasaki) teaching English for a now defunct company, I returned to resume my education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. I graduated in 2007 with a diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology and am now employed by Stantec.

When I became a citizen of Nova Roma in 2000, my main reason was historical curiousity. My main goal on becoming more active was to recruit a legion in western Canada. Legio XXI Rapax in Calgary quickly came and went before I could join. Now, the religio romana has become my main interest and am looking forward to when I can build a lararium inside my own home.
